1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luneira, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Luneira provides AI-powered dream interpretation, a dream journal, symbol dictionary, and image generation features. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze dream descriptions and provide interpretations.

3. Entertainment Purposes

Important: Luneira is designed for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Dream interpretations provided by our AI are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing distressing dreams or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the dream descriptions you submit. By using our interpretation and image generation features, you grant us permission to process your content through our AI services to provide the requested features.

You agree not to submit content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Violates the rights of others
Attempts to generate inappropriate imagery
Contains personal information of third parties

5. AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations and images are generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. Results may vary and should be viewed as one perspective among many.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Luneira offers optional paid subscriptions (Luneira Pro)
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

7. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are limited to 3 dream interpretations per week. Additional features are available with a Luneira Pro subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

Luneira, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or its contents without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Luneira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Luneira.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Luneira after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Luneira for users who violate these Terms.
